Artists for Advocacy International

AFAINT is a non-profit organization of art professionals who make, sell, and utilize art to create awareness about poverty with an emphasis on curating food sustainable communities. We formalize and engineer pathways for nutrition and healthy living environments for the less fortunate locally and internationally.

We are comprised of photographers, culinarians, poets, musicians, facilitators, and other artists who use their creative means to hold Art Events where we sell and display our work to help resolve matters like the issues mentioned above. We also collaborate with other organizations to promote social awareness, advocacy, research, and social change.

Advocating with Art

AFAINT CEO: Brandon Plain

Get To Know Us

AFAINT came to be because it is evident that art in its many forms has been used to inspire the public at large. Whether it's through music, painting, poetry, or food, human beings have been drawn to art to reflect their ideals. We have synergized Art, Advocacy, and Business to create a platform where people can become educated, inspired, and baptized in PURPOSE!

The definition of advocacy is exemplified in the idea of  "active support". Arts definition is simply the product of human creativity. When you combine these elements what you get is the perfect combination to enlighten, educate, and encourage the public to  respond to issues that  need attention.  If you are a culinarian, photography, painter, poet, musician, etc, and would like to sell, display, or donate, your Art at an AFAINT Event or on our website click "Yamba" below. The word Yamba  in Ugandan means "Help" and that's exactly what we are doing!
